Animated atrocities
Choice42 just released another very well-done video in their “Exposed” series of animated shorts, highlighting the ghoulish and godless practice of infanticide, the murder of pre-born babies (euphemistically called abortion to cover its evil). You can watch the video (here), though I would warn you, it’s quite difficult to watch, and you might want to see to it that your children are not within earshot.
In fact, while you’re at it, you might as well check out Episodes 1 and 2, equally as disturbing, but necessary to expose these satanic practices to the light (Episode 1 is here and Episode 2 is here). I would give the same disclaimer as above. All 3 Episodes focus on a different aspect of the horror or pre-born baby murder. Episode 1 looks at an animated version of the dismembering involved in killing a baby inside the womb. Episode 2 affirms that IVF (in vitro fertilization) is tantamount to eugenics and either freezes or discards very tiny babies before they are implanted. Episode 3 links the harvesting of organs from innocent pre-born babies to the production of various vaccines.
Obviously, those who support the practice of murdering pre-born babies dislike these videos. They have gods they worship, and whenever you expose false gods, those who follow said gods get angry. What’s both interesting and shameful is the fact that the “Christian pro-life movement” also does NOT support these videos and their distribution. There are countless professing Christians, who have been outspoken on these issues, who have distanced themselves from these videos.
Some basic biology
The Bible tells us that human life begins at conception. What we have, from the earliest stages of human development, is a unique person who bears God’s image (Psalm 51:5; Psalm 139:13-16; Jeremiah 1:5; Luke 1:41-44). Even when the entirety of pagan history and ancient science rejected this truth, those who worship the True and Living God have always affirmed it.
Now, finally, God-hating modern science has caught up and has been forced to concede, using technological advancements, that unique human life does indeed begin at conception. “Human development is a continuous process that begins when an oocyte from a female is fertilized by a sperm from a male” (The Developing Human: Clinically Oriented Embryology).
In fact, you can watch a video (here) of several eggs being fertilized by sperm, and at the moment of conception, or fertilization, the new tiny human gives off a series of what can only be described as “zinc fireworks.” It’s almost as if God, in His infinite wisdom and wonderful design, celebrates the creation of new human life with a celebration, fireworks and all.
Obstinate opposition
But knowing what we now know as incontrovertible proof of human life beginning at conception, why do people STILL support the murder of pre-born babies? Why do they advocate for a woman’s right to kill her child? Why would professing Christians, and pro-life ones at that, not support exposing what I believe is the greatest atrocity of injustice and genocide in all of human history?
The simple answer is sin. Sin in humans can take on many forms. Yet those who hate God and reject His design and purposes for sexuality and the family will ultimately worship themselves, sin, or Satan. Those who profess Christ and remain silent on these issues will persist in cowardice and the fear of man. Both groups do what is best for themselves and to their benefit.
One of the prevailing false gods in our culture is the god of unfettered sinful sexual enjoyment. This god offers empty gratification and fleeting pleasure. The deeds that are pleasing to this god include pornography, fornication, adultery, sodomy, pedophilia, lust, and any other sexual activity outside of one man and one woman in lifelong monogamous marriage. As it pertains to infanticide, in order to experience the “freedom” that comes from this god, one must offer a sacrifice, and a real blood sacrifice at that. This means the slaughter of one’s innocent pre-born baby. Many believe that if we worship this god, live according to his laws, and offer right sacrifices to him, our lives will be happy and complete.
Then we have the professing Christians who not only remain silent on infanticide, but also oppose attempts to expose it and hold baby murderers accountable (which in a just society, as defined by Scripture, would entail the State executing baby murderers upon a guilty conviction). How can these Christians claim union with Christ and still flounder on this issue? One potential reason could be an assortment of overlooked and “more palatable” sins, including cowardice, fear of man, apathy, commitment to comfort, and needing approval. Let the record show that such people who persist in unrepentance will most assuredly be thrown into the lake of fire (Revelation 21:8).
Then we have the people who in some way benefit or profit from infanticide and the evil actions associated with it. If your “pro-life” career depends on NOT seeing baby-murder abolished once and for all, you have a vested interest in its perpetuation. If you benefit from the creation and sale of vaccines that use the body parts of murdered babies, or you are simply terrified about being labeled as an “alt-right anti-vaxxer,” you’ll persist in your silence. These people might not be directly engaged in the same sins as the ones who kill and seek to kill babies, but failing to save the innocent from destruction is a grievous sin that, if not repented of and brought to the foot of the cross, will be paid for in full for those who die in their open rebellion to God.
Rescue those who are being taken away to death; hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter. If you say, “Behold, we did not know this,” does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who keeps watch over your soul know it, and will he not repay man according to his work? – Proverbs 24:11-12
Time for action – no more silence
That verse from Proverbs reminds us that we have not been given a mere suggestion by God to work against evil and injustice. It’s not optional. We have been commanded to both speak and act for true justice; thus, our minds and hearts must be both informed and awakened by this great evil, which is the greatest evil ever done, second only to the murder of the Son of God. Here is what the Lord says about our duty to work against the murder of innocent pre-born babies.
“Keep far from a false charge, and do not kill the innocent and righteous, for I will not acquit the wicked.” – Exodus 23:7
“Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy.” – Proverbs 31:8-9
“Wash yourselves; make yourselves clean; remove the evil of your deeds from before my eyes; cease to do evil, learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow's cause.” – Isaiah 1:16-17
“Thus says the Lord: Do justice and righteousness, and deliver from the hand of the oppressor him who has been robbed. And do no wrong or violence to the resident alien, the fatherless, and the widow, nor shed innocent blood in this place.” – Jeremiah 22:3
A vile false gospel and a glorious true Gospel
Part of what makes the murder of pre-born babies so vile (aside from the actual killing, of course) is that it is an aping of Biblical Christianity. It actually provides a gross, mutated version of the Gospel, which is in effect a great blasphemy. You see, those who kill their children do so because they believe (whether consciencely or subconsciously) that the only way their lives can be full and fruitful (I know, ironic), the only way they can cover over the sins that brought them to this point, the only way they can attain hope for the future, the only way they can deal with their sins and experience peace, is by sacrificing this tiny baby.
The true Gospel, however, confesses that we can do NOTHING to deal with our sins, and our ability to secure both our present joy and future hope is out of our hands. We know that only one sacrifice can both cover our sins and heal the human heart that has been rendered dead and depraved because of sin. The only baby that can be offered for our salvation is the one who became a man, obeyed God’s Law flawlessly, and was offered as a real blood sacrifice for sinners.
The Good News is that God forgives murderers, even baby murderers (1 Corinthians 6:9-11). The Good News is that we don’t have to offer any sacrifices; Jesus offered the once and for all sacrifice to pay for our sins, past, present, and future (Hebrews 10:12-14). The Good News is that any person who is far away from God can be brought into fellowship with God for now and all eternity (Ephesians 2:13-16).
As we speak out against the great evil of infanticide, as we expose the vile reality of the murder of pre-born babies, we bring with it the message of the cross, calling all sinners to turn to Christ for the forgiveness of their sins, trusting that He alone grants eternal life. If you love Jesus, then you will obey His commands (John 14:15). This includes both exposing/speaking out against this great evil AND seeking to call murderers to repent, working toward the hopeful end of this modern-day Molech-worship.
Well said Andrew. I too am thankful for the work of Choice42. I know that some may assert that these videos have been done in poor taste. However, I think that exposing the vileness of the baby murder industry in this way is necessary to overcome how dull and calloused many, including professing Christians, have become. A tree is known by its fruit (Matt 12:33), and I am appreciative that Choice42 is willing to show that there is some really bad fruit out there. Thanks be to our heavenly Father for His great patience and mercy!!
It is very unnerving the farther you explore the corruption and blatant evil in the medical system. The whole foundation is wrong, and while many doctors and nurses genuinely care about people and their illnesses, many invariably end up causing harm and death. We need to have a holistic approach incorporating the spiritual - I think much "illness" is due to unrepentant sin as we hold onto shame and bitterness and waste away.
